Maree's Garden Platter

This collection reflects my newfound appreciation for nature since moving to the desert landscapes of the UAE, where greenery is a rare and cherished sight. Each piece captures a piece of the natural world that inspires me - from the lush greenery of my travels to the humble offerings of my back garden and the treasures found on walks throughout the UAE. 

Some pieces even bear the kindness of friends who bring a touch of nature when they visit or the simple beauty found in everyday items from the supermarket. 

Through clay, I aim to preserve these moments, creating eternal memories that serve as a reminder of nature's enduring beauty.

Description: 

Maree is an incredible and very intuitive gardener. She manages to grow vegetables and beautiful flowers in the harsh environment that we have here in UAE. She kindly gifted me this plant and I used it to print on clay. This platter is made out of white stoneware.

It has also been decorated with 24k liquid gold .Please refer to my guide on how to look after pottery with gold lustre.
