Discovering My Passion
Hi, I’m Kat. I moved to the UAE with my three wonderful girls, a cat, and two dogs. My journey into the world of ceramics started rather unexpectedly.
I discovered my love for ceramics and pottery when a friend invited me to join her in a pottery class her therapist had recommended.
Seven wonderful years later, my art is flourishing, and I am constantly learning and being inspired by the world around me.
Each piece I create is uniquely crafted, bearing handmade imperfections that add charm and personality to every item.
Sustainability is an essential part of my practice. Recycling water in my studio, separating clean water from clay sediment allows me to reuse water for my work and water my plants.

Collaborations
I join forces with various other makers or businesses where together we create exciting and unique products is something I truly love.
A new collaboration is on the way: candles made in my pottery, featuring a drippy blue glaze. Available in three sizes, these pots can be repurposed as tumblers, cups, pencil holders, or plant pots once the candles have burned down.
